Thank you to everyone who came out for the seed swap tonight! It was great to see familiar faces again and get geared up for spring, even if we’re due to get the first of two snowstorms tomorrow.

We had good food and plenty of seeds to trade. We also got some business taken care of, thanks to Kimbly who manned the plot renewals.

Will was good and renewed his plot. Did you?

There was plenty of good conversation and catching up after months away from the garden. I even took a break from the camera and managed to be in a picture for once.

But the stars of the show were the gourds, grown in the garden by Norma last summer. Norma led everyone in making them into birdhouses and ladles. Here Holly is about to drill into an unsuspecting gourd.

Thanks again to everyone for participating, and thank you to Norma for the gourds! We’ll see you soon for the Work Day and the official kickoff to the growing season!
