Post-storm update

Hi all, I just went over to the garden and everything we did to protect the green house worked: all the ropes and tarp held. All the other structures are intact also. A tree is resting on the tool shed. Another tree is down across the parking lot from the East gate. It is still real windy out. It was necessary to make those precautions and I’m glad we did. It was bad but could have been a lot worse.

A notice for a post storm work session this week will be needed to clean up plant debris and fallen supports. Stuff is going to pile up at the compost area because there are no trash bins out.
I’m glad it’s not too bad.
