This Thursday at 6:00 PM we are having a garden potluck and garden meeting! Please come and bring some food to share! All food is appreciated, of course homegrown foods are tasty but if you don’t have time to cook – no worries, anything you can contribute is fine!
In order to figure out the best time for the garden meeting to start I have created a poll. Please indicate what time is best for you by following this link: http://www.doodle.com/4c53sefxdw8vebqa There should be as many gardeners at the meeting as possible to discuss issues, ideas, and upcoming events. We will talk about produce donations, the fundraiser, and anything else that you want to discuss! If you have a topic you’d like to see on the agenda please email me.
A few reminders for everyone:
- Please lock the gates if you are the last one to leave
- Follow the compost rules (no diseased plants! no egg shells, dairy, meat, or weeds!)
- General garden work is required from all garden members, this means if you cannot come to a workday please let me know what work you have done to contribute to the gardens common areas.
Finally, a big thanks to Norma Anderson, Graham Holland, and Sarah Antaya for re-building our compost bins at the south end of the garden! We now have two sets of compost bins again!
See you on Thursday,
